Well I finally changed my weight to show the one pound I keep losing and regaining. It was gone when I weighed in this week, so I'm counting as being GONE this time! I figure maybe I can get rid of it for good if I make it official!!! I still have not made extra time for exercise and I know if I could just BURN a few more calories I could break through this plateau. So nice to know you are all hanging in there!
