No biggie. I binged all last week and was bloated and showed a gain of 4 lbs, but when I barely ate yesterday because I was feeling so crappy, it almost all disappeared again. That just proves that it wasn't as bad as I thought anyway. My idea of binging these days seems to be eating a few more hundred calories than I had originally intended. So I am ok with it. I feel good about managing to consistently stay within 5 lbs of my last lowest weight rather than just going up up up like I used to. All in all, successful week.
