We all need a reminder, to honor the thought and action of appreciating being alive, spending time for ourselves, and even spending time Honoring that we are taking time to just enjoy the sunrise, the birds hopping around out the window, the happy family walking in the park, the ducks peacefully cruising around in the lake, and ourselves become like the calm clear water of the lake. :)
