I weighed in yesterday and I went up! I was totally shocked! Now I did eat pizza on Saturday night, but for the last 2 days I have been eating on the plan 100%, and when I eat bad one day and eat good for the next few, I'm always down. My counselor asked if I was pre-cycle and I said yes, and she said that must be it. But I don't ever have problems with that. I'm assuming it was the pizza or possibly the cycle thing. I have no idea. I have 5 weeks left to loose 15.4 lbs. That's alot to loose in such a short time. And I really don't want to buy anymore weeks. I have been cheating some lately, and I am to blame, but I've got to do this 100%. Thanks for listening/reading.

I know about the cheating. It's hard sometimes when you are so tired of thinking about what goes into your mouth that you just get lax. The weight will come off.

I was up on Monday by 2 pounds, after sticking to the plan all weekend, even doing the modifications they had asked me to. Also did an hour on the eliptical on Saturday. I was afraid to go weigh in Monday, so I did not. I too am pre-cycle I think, cause I am rather moody right now. Ugh. I think they just guess some times. I am having a challenge sticking to plan as well. I think some of it comes with the length we have done the plan. Bought some christian weight-loss books yesterday and am going to learn more about emotional eating and the spiritual aspect, since they so do not address that well and any advice they have is rather glib.
