95.5kg start 7.8.15 today 12.9.15 ~ 87.8kg = 7.7kg loss in 36 days and all things considered, I am really quite happy with that..... so much happier & relaxed now those five teeth have been pulled ~ the dentist lady was a genius ~ she was very gentle & reassuring throughout the injections process and had my five teeth removed in less than ten minutes .... the clinic is 10 mins from my house & I was home & in my comfy recliner inside of 37 mins ... start to finish, paperwork included ... almost like I had never left home AND, my big son who is an extremely busy School Principal actually turned up and gave me a beautiful reassuring hug ~ which is something I had been pining for all week ~ so all is well in my world now ~ I even went to the beach today!!! 😎☀️🌹
