Last month you replied to my request for a diet buddy, sorry l did not answer. Now l am ready to go ahead with this are you still interested? 

Sure!! I'm in!when do we start or how do we go about being diet buddies I've never done it before.  

We need a safe place to talk to each other, are you on Facebook? We could set up a private place just for the two of us, or we could use Facebook Messenger; we can email each other, or use our phone numbers and message each other. What method would you prefer? 

I dont have a Facebook 😬 too much drama on there lol... and sure! You can private message me on here if you'd like. 

I know what you mean about Facebook, even though l do use it for some things. OK, if we become buddies we can post on Fat Secret, other people will be able to read outs posts but that does not bother me.

You and I are pretty close together with weight loss and weight goals. I started at 227 am down to 211. My original goal was 175 but since then I have lowered it. I am several years older than you, but do not see that as being a problem, accept that will not be able to keep up with you on exercise. I am not on a formal diet, try to stay around 1500 calories a day, with either walking or treadmill time each day. 

Yeah we are pretty close, and i don't know what age my bio says but I haven't updated in years lol I am now 34,and have struggled w my weight so much..I tried to send you a private message but when I put your name on the recipient space it says "no such user exists" that's weird, have you tried to message me?
