Slept good after finally taking a Mid-Nite pill at 11:15pm. no pain all night. started the day, at 6:18am with a 6.5 kilometer, 4 mile fast walk, in 54.5 minutes. (4.4mph, 7.08kph) with the usual hills. feeling good. :)
