Eating the most sumptuous roast turkey dinner with a potato, a piece of pumpkin & a paddle of Brussel sprouts topped with piping hot gravy. My body appears to be so grateful for the nourishing food, Whey shakes, water & exercise that things are really going to plan. Happy me 😃
