I must say that I have no stuck to all of my challenges in the way that I have expected but I have changed habits. Just this week alone I have gotten out to do some activities that I normally would not have. Also, with the passing of Hurricane Irene I am totally surprised to have not gained any weight, in fact maybe even lost some.. I do not know but I am feeling great about this!
