in the last week I've gained 2 kilos which is totally unacceptable! my stomach feels terrible. so clearly something is off.
today I'm starting a week of mild egg fasting. I'm going to limit my food and get my macros back on track. mostly I'm getting rid of all the innocent bites here and there which have clearly accumulated to this. while I've consistently maintained being lchf I've had just too much of everything.
so I'm going to basics and that will hopefully get me back on the right track this week.
I hate this weigh in.
