Woohoo!!! The twice a day workouts are really working! They really seem to be helping me drop the weight, tighten my body and keep on track with the food. So happy! I leave tomorrow for my trip and although I am not quite where I wanted to be, I am 4 pounds lighter than I was a few weeks or so ago and my dresses fit much better! Besides, I do still have today to work out, not sure if I can do it twice, but at least once and to eat well. And what I do eat is enough for me not to feel like I am starving. What I have noticed is that sometimes when I do feel hungry, even though I have just eaten or it is not quite time to eat again, if I just wait, the hunger will pass. Oh my gosh! So excited! Only 1.4 pounds to go before I am where I wanted to be weight-wise on this trip. The only trick now is to keep it off while on the trip. Where I am going there is lots of food and drink that I have never had. So, we shall see!!!!!
