wow!! Another pound lost. This is not as hard as I thought it might be.I want to Thank my LORD for healing me after my 2 back surgeries, and I want to thank all of you for all the recipes and most of all the encouragement that I get from all of you.If I could reach out and give all of you a big hug I would. I am getting to walk more( My doc said that is all I can do at this time)but I will take it.May GOD BLESS you all and I pray you have a safe and happy Tuesday.
