Ok, going back down. Yesterday I decided after plateauing for about two weeks that I'm going to have to bite the bullet and walk in the afternoons also. IT'S JUST SO HOT!!!! 107 at last check yesterday. BUT, I did it. Whew! Got almost 16,000 steps in so surely to goodness this will help with the plateau. It's sad that I would rather walk an hour in this heat than get on that elliptical. LOL. Hope everyone has a great weekend! My cleaning lady is coming today and my husband did all the laundry so that means it's going to be a nice relaxing one for me! Whoop!
