Getting more sleep than the prior 3 or 4 days, where I was lucky to get 5 hours.
I often wake with neck pain/headache, from all those prior injuries.
As I did today, but not until 5:25am. I fixed it again by 40 minutes of strategically laying on a ball-in-sock at upper spine, just below the damaged neck area. Moving it around a little every minute or so. :)
Pain completely gone since then. :)
If I don't fix this pain, I'm tormented most of the day.
Today's weight is down 1.2Lb since I slept longer, and didn't eat as much for supper last evening, and didn't eat as late.
My waist has been expanding lately, as I try to gain back some weight, and was hoping it's muscle.
I've been liking that I was fitting easily into pants that are 20 years old, and one or two sizes smaller, but some of them are getting a little tight lately.
So, I need to cut down on calories again, just 200 to 300 a day less.

Just finished my huge breakfast: delicious!
If I skimp on breakfast, the easiest one to skimp on, I get ravenous in the afternoon and evening.
My habits are pretty good, rarely or never skimp on breakfast. But total calories have been creeping up too much.
Comes from fixing a nice lunch, and only realizing it's too much after I've finished eating it. :)
