Crazy goings on around here. Got second round of steroidal injections in my back two days ago and have so much relief already! Feeling that roid hyperactivity, so I'm using it for good and not evil, doing lots of housework I have put off far too long due to pain. Knee pain is reduced by half! Hoping to get a bike ride in before today's 100+ temps. (Yesterday was 104.)

Haven't had a fast day in quite a few, with kids coming for visits and dinners out, but I haven't been very hungry and I've been eating less than usual. Which is good, because there was birthday cake.
