Still a little high but I think I ate pretty well yesterday. Had coffee and didn’t eat until late afternoon. 2 veggie hot dogs with mustard and lots of sauerkraut and made nopales for the first time. Grilled cactus with tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper. Kind of like a salsa but you eat it like that. Two plums from my tree in the backyard and 1/4 of a new dessert I found from the French bakery, it’s a crookie part croissant and part cookie. Was pretty good but not like my absolute favorite cronut, croissant donut, that is one of the most amazing things at the donut shop but I digress…. Power yoga class today, took hot yoga yesterday.
