Thanks Pam and Deb. HCB, Hmmm, I had to think about that one. I think I am loving it. I have really improved my overall strength, agility and flexibility. Still have a long way to go. It sure was nice to finally see my weight drop, that was bumming me out. I tried for 4 sessions this week and I survived, but just ! :-)
