I have a sinus infection blah 🤧 My appetite isn’t good, but ok my daily calorie are down since I’m inactive. Antibiotics will help. Lots of company coming up for the 4th of July holiday. It’s going to be hot, even up here in the Sierra Nevada Mtns 🥵
