I'm finally off the bulk and in the cut. My body fat is down to 21%, looking towards the 18-16% range next. My definition is becoming more apparent, and I like most of what I see. Getting all the protein I need, 200g/day, is difficult due to my weak appetite (caused by TRT). But I try my best.
My new short-term goal is to cut and push to get to 180 lbs before moving into the subsequent bulk.

The goal is to keep my body fat percentage in the final bracket of 8-12%, which should let me enjoy my golden and platinum years. I already feel so much better than I did two years ago.
