I survived the second writing conference! Came back Sunday night and knew that I'd gained a pound or so, but held off weighing in until this morning, and I'm pleased to see that I'm holding steady at 187, my lowest weight in many years.

Meanwhile, the garden is going great, so I'm looking to eat a lot of salad and vegetables, along with meat and fish. I feel best on LCHF. I'm beginning to suspect, however, that I would benefit from dropping my protein intake just a tad.

I'm also building muscle, with the help of the 100 push-ups app and a pull-up app, and now that I'm home again, I look forward to getting back to boxing workouts. It was encouraging -- and motivating -- spending time with people who hadn't seen me for a year... and who were surprised by my weight loss. I'll take any motivational fuel I can get!

Grat job! I have read that in the LCHF program it is good to keep the protein under 30% of the macros
