Gone is the ghastly choke hold look from my ankle socks, the once puffy and swollen ankles are no more! I have shapely ankles again! I'm pleased that my apron belly, hips and butt have reduced so much I'm now wearing my clothes tucked in. Oh and I have cheek bones too Yay. Its so rewarding to notice the weightloss with my clothes. I'm getting there. 😊 Onwards and downwards I go

It sounds great. I lost 45 kgs a couple of years ago, with the help of this app, but recently put on a little weight because I was ill. I'll get it off. Anyway, you must be over the moon.

Totally get it too. A couple of years ago I lost 32kgs after much hard work but 18 months later menopause hit bigtime where I quickly gained 27kgs weight that was impossible to control.
Now with menopause finalised I'm finally losing the weight. Yep I sure feel over the moon.

It’s so difficult to really lose weight, You have done an amazing effort. this is inspiring. The hardest part for me is maintaining the life style. It’s like “I did that, I lost that weight, isn’t it done?” Nope, not if the vigilance drops or falls wayside, the body just wants to accumulate padding! Then it’s go back to the beginning. Congratulations on staying vigilant and loving yourself through the hard times. Go you!!!
