This sh1t stops today! I am an addict. If breaking my jaw and fingers would help.. I'd do that. But I'd probably just liquidize a chicken pie or eat ice-cream and crush cookies into it.
I'm an emotional eater for sure.

I also just came back from a pretty bad relapse. Small incremental change is the only way. Don't rush it too much, but yes, identifying stressors and emotional pain or longing will help weed out the root cause. In the meantime deal with the symptoms. Ensure you get good quality sleep in, to reduce cortisol levels. Don't try and excercise just off the bat. First get your eating in place, it's 80% diet. Build little non-food type rewards for yourself along the way.

You have lost a **** load of weight so far! So see the positive! You went on a bit of a bender - because you emotionally needed to - and thats ok! Don't beat yourself up, because in my experience, that leads to more emotional shoving anything that is remotely edible down your throat! Well done on the progress this far! i can only hope to stick it out long enough to lose so much weight!!

I agree, but after all the hard work... and believe me it takes twice or three times longer to loose 10kg as it does to gain it... you would think that a person would be more careful not to gain it back after all the hard work and willpower it took not to have cake on a birthday and not eat Christmas lunch and deserts. But I forgive myself, I can fix this, I WILL fix this and soon weigh 60kg
