Yes, I agree. Dont beat yourself up...it just makes it worse. Take it one day at a time and if you have a bad day, move on and start over the next day.

I think we all have our ups and downs. I have been going through a very rough patch this last week or so too. I have noticed a pattern on this FS board with my buddies, too! We all must be craving some serious junk food lately. I have been eating pizza, Logan's Roadhouse, tons of chocolate, you name it. I think that since I hit my goal, I feel free to eat whatever I want again. I need to watch that though--that's how I got chunky in the first place. Hang in there. Hopefully next week will be better for all of us!
