Good morning. I just read your bio. Congratulations on making a great decision to get your weight management under control. You are so correct— people who rely on hours a day at the gym to control their weight are ultimately going to loose that battle, job, kids, wife, house all need attention. It has to be a combination better eating habits and increased activity.. it’s also good if the activity can include the whole family. My go-to has always been hiking. Fun and benefits the entire family in many ways. It is a lifestyle change— portion control and moderation, healthier eating most of the time and less healthy once in a while. Deprivation does not work. Your lifestyle change can set the tone for the future health of your entire family. Monkey see, monkey do.
