I'm back again, after three months of just eating whatever I wanted, including lots of baked goods: my bad cholesterol might be a bit higher by now, although it was never a real concern before. So anyway, I'm back because I just turned 59, I don't have any prescriptions for blood pressure or diabetes or cholesterol, and I don't want to either. So I think I'd better get serious about keeping myself healthy, both with exercise and better food choices, and FatSecret helps me monitor myslef better than just going it alone.
