Max has me walking twice a day now. Roughly 30 minutes each time.

If it wasn't for him, I think I would still be stuck at 119kg

I started on the 21st May. Some days I even tracked when I vacuumed, mopped and put away shopping.


Tues 21st - 4,322 steps
Wed 22nd - 2,646 steps
Thurs 23rd - 2,358 steps
Fri 24th - 7,025 steps (putting away groceries)
Sat 25th - 3,248 steps
Sun 26th - 7,998 steps (vacuum, mopping)
Mon 27th - 6,431 steps (other grocery shopping)
Tues 28th - 3,435 steps


I think I'm doing well. I know I will get better.
117 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6 kg.    남은양: 17 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 0.5 kg 감소하기
