Decided to try calorie counting for the first time in my life (lost about 2 stone on slimming world a few years ago). The computers tell me at my age and activity level my baseline calorie limit is about 2,700. So I've set a target for about a 1,700 a day. I usually have a breakfast of 500 calories (3 weetabix, whole milk and a banana, I like a good breakfast), with around the same for lunch and dinner. Occasional naughty treats come in which tends to push me up to 1700 average for the week (some days I have 1400 and my highest was about 2400 so far!!) My morale seems quite high with it.
