Even though I don't have much use for the scale anymore, I hopped on this morning out of curiosity. Since I started eating again the glycogen stores have been replenished AND there has been a lot of fairly salty stuff in the evenings, including cottage cheese, jerky, etc.
So it was no surprise that by mid-week the scale was up around 155. Full-on water weight.

I expected to see that number again this morning, since if anything, I've been eating even more since mid-week. Down to 150.8 instead.

Since I don't know exactly what's been going into the dinners that my wife has made, I haven't been tracking the evenings, but I'm probably between 2500 and 3000 calories per day now. The bulk isn't really supposed to start for another week, so I may be jumping the gun a little, but this is not exactly a big problem.

Eating even 2700 per day is HARD for me now. It's just uncomfortable having that much food in me. The obvious answer is probably peanut butter. Woe is me :)
