I think I figured out the secret to semaglutide for my body. It doesn't affect my appetite at all but if I barely eat anything like I usually do then I lose weight. Without it I wouldn't lose weight even with eating very little. So it is definitely processing food differently, I just can still only eat around 500 calories for it to work. I'll keep to this plan as much as possible until I need to refill it and then decide whether to continue on it or not. Next week I don't have anything scheduled that'll keep me at home or at the hospital so hopefully I can begin slowly working out and get back into the groove within a few weeks.
