Hello Phoebe 👋 I'm having a bit of difficulty getting into the workout routine that will work best for me. I'm not asking for specific advice, just thought that you should know I get a lot of inspiration from your posts. Livie

Liv 🤗sorry you’re in a rut. Me too!! My interest in lifting waned so I took a break. Investigated a sore spot that I’ve been ignoring and discovered a hernia! From my injury in August doing those stupid weighted sit ups. So for now I’m just doing my work thing and getting my steps. I figure if we just keep moving the spark will come back. What’s your daily lookin like? Structured or do you have flex?

Phoebe ✨ The spark will and does return bringing with it the knowledge of what we have learned along the way. I've learned to listen to the 'inner voice' and it has served me well. Yours helped you to discover what could have been a very serious issue, the hernia! To answer your question: I am an early riser and start off the day with music/a good stretch/walk and find something to laugh/smile about. I have responsibilities, although I make sure to put my health both physical and emotional at the top of the list. Keep moving forward the way you are and give yourself grace periods. We can't be there for those we love when we're burnt out. I hope this helps 😊 Livie
