Not happy with that number going up but thought it was going to be a whole lot worse. Really went off the rails this past week!! Totally off my regular routine, haven’t been home much, eating really bad, not drinking my water, not getting my steps in, not using my stepper and not logging anything. Terrible week!! Back on track now and feel so much better eating properly! Maybe next weigh-in I’ll lose 4 lbs!! 😂 Not likely… but I can wish can’t I?!!!
