I'm appalled by the way I used to view food and the importance I put on it, but that's water under the bridge. Hope all you Peek Seekers are climbing the mountain and doing yourself proud. I've noticed a lot of you self-correcting bad behavior before it can take root. Way to go! ************************************* Instead of eating before thinking, I will think before eating.
