Still steady at 119kg I don't normally have have breakfast, but I have been having Raisin Toast of late. Quite enjoying it actually. 2 slices, toasted with butter.
Then I have lunch/dinner usually between 3pm and 5pm. Today I had chicken thigh Vindaloo with jasmine rice. Also had a can of coke.
I did have a handful of seedless green grapes between the two meals.
Tomorrow is Roast pork with roasted potato/pumpkin and homemade slaw. Maybe some garlic butter green beans.
