I’ve read for every gram of carbohydrate you consume and your body keeps to use as energy, your body hoards 3 to 4 grams of water to help store the energy (glycogen).it could be that watch your carbs reduce it if you can. I’m currently on low carb about 150gram maximum a day but sometimes I go over I’ve lost 7 inches of my waist sometimes weight gain could be muscle gain I get confused too but stay positive your doing well.

Everything you just listed isn’t 800 cal, sounds more like 2000, plus the calories you burned are wildly inaccurate, calories burned on things like Fitbit or Apple Watch etc are ridiculously over inflated and not something you should use. A better way to measure your output is using a calculation based on your height, weight, gender, muscle mass and body fat %, another way is to use the track and test method, find out how many calories you eat for two weeks then look at your total weight gain/loss, there is a calculation for the amount of excess calories or calorie deficit.

I’d start by cleaning up what you’re putting in your body 🙈 yikes dude, like there is literally nothing even remotely healthy in there to fuel your body! Drink some water too. It’s all good to count calories but if you’re filling your body with crap, you’ll feel crap and get results that reflect.

All you ate was sugar and carbs, chips and gravy is not real food. Increase your protein so you feel full, also what are your portions like?
Energy drinks are just caffeine and sugar, if you want a sweet drink look at sugar free cordial options but I'd still limit them.

Don't beat yourself up over 500 grams bro, I could take a massive dump and loose 500g! Lol jokes aside, when you weigh yourself? Best to do it same time everyday after going to the toilet. Give more time than 12 hrs for weigh in give at least 48hrs. Have you tried sugar free drinks? That full leaded mother is literally over 1 day worth of sugars for a person, not worth it imo! 🙂

What did you do to burn 5500 calories? That's quite a bit.
You also need to state food quantities. 100g of chips chips is 300-400 calories and it's easy to eat 3 times that. Depending on the size of the kiev that could be over 600 calories so there's your 800 calories estimate exceeded already. Buy yourself some food scales and start accurately recording your consumption. My biggest problem is over eating and I'm frequently surprised at my calorie intake even though I try to record everything. If you haven't already done so, you need to get some food scales and weigh everything. It might surprise you.

There are 228 calories in a can of Mother. It’s around 70 calories per 250ml of juice. It might be an idea to track your calories/portions including drinks as well as adding in water and some unprocessed fruit and veg.

You can't out exercise a bad diet.
There's a ton of sugar in what you're drinking alone. You need to fix your diet, you're consuming way too many calories.
