soooo. looks like nothing happened in 2 weeks, right? well, it did. I was on holidays for 8 days. and while I managed to not overendulge in ridiculous ways, I did not count calories, we went out eating pubfood, and we had lots of snacks. so being stable (using the last 6 days to loose again whatever I gained during holiday) is a massive win.
the next few months will be lots of this. work travel will.keep me I'm and out. I'll need to learn how to build my diet around this. today is a wedding, otherwise next two weeks is working hard on making these pounds disappear. my goal is to be stable below 160 by the time I leave for my next trip
