the reason why I haven't weight myself since the beginning of this month is because my weight has fluctuated from 84 to 86 and so far I've maintained at 84.8 for three days, I kind of fell off and gave up slightly "whats the point" I thought, but that's exactly what led me to 110kg. so I'm going to keep going. I believe in myi, and the only way I'll gain weight is if I lose control. i control it. maintaining is ok. maintaining isn't gaining. I'll eat less and i've started working out again, I'm walking a bit more, I even brushed my teeth so I'm hoping this isn't just a flash of "mania" or whatever it's called. I hope this will stay I hope to look after my body again, I am in control, I will not let food win I will not let my self doubt win. and I need, so badly, I need to remember that WEIGHT FLUCTUATES, even when I'm doing everything right, sometimes weight just fluctuates and I need to remember that this isn't permanent. it will be, though, if I give up. so I will not do that. I will not give up. I will lose weight. I won't end my fast just because "Oh it's just a small chocolate bar, it won't hurt." low calorie doesn't mean no calorie. I can do this. I've set up a schedule so that will help me and my little autistic brain too. today I have 200 calories, and I will omad. Tomorrow i have a fast. the next, another fast, then 500, 200, 650, fast, and so on. I know it's a big calorie deficit but it's what I need to do. I know when to recognise the help signals from my body, and I know when to slow down. i believe in myself. and I believe in you. you can do this. i can do this. just don't give up.
