hi Mac1952, please don't be so hard on yourself. 0.4 lbs could have been up, but it wasn't. so get in there and keep fighting for a better you. sixe Jim passed away, I am slowly beginning to learn how to be me and cope with all my changes in my life. It's far from easy. And I am trying heard to make sure my life will be as happy as much as possible as that is what my adorable Jim would want. stay positive, and your weight will go down. remember the story of who won the tortoise or the hare.
