Maintenance is good...be careful today plz and don't OVERDO it....balance is one if the keys we are all learning. :)

@SuccessThisTime58 - Thank you!!! :) You gave me... the greatest advice & reminder for today (at least today :D ): in a couple of hours I'll go out, when it won't be so hot outside, first time in a looong time, with my daughter and then, later this evening, I'll see my boyfriend :D (first time in more than 2 weeks - yeee!!!). This all could mean... too much beer :). My "beer goal" for today is a max. of 1 Liter (2 drinks) - one with her and one with him. I also have to get myself to eat something before leaving, but since it's very-very-veeery hot here now... I just don't feel like it and if I'll leave the house like this... I'll end up not eating anything today, except the 4-5 scoops of ice-cream that I had earlier AND, still today, I have to be careful not to smoke too much (I was at 2 packs/day a few weeks back and I'm trying to quit) - my goal is a max. of 1 pack today (1/2 pack usually). Of course, to balance it, at least a little bit, I want to get myself to walk at least 5 Km today (I'm wearing a cast and I can't run). Thank you, again, for the reminder! It came just in time ;) ! :) Best wishes! :)

@jmb3450 - Thank you! :) That's what I keep telling myself, but when I look in the mirror or get dressed or take a shower or... even walk around the house or outside... I just wanna have lost this extra weight for once and forever, already! The scale was actually 69 Kg with a cast (and lots of cabbage leaves on my leg - loool!), but since I'm not sure it's under 69 Kg, I just recorded it 70 Kg :) - it helps me to realize how much "road" is still ahead of me ;) . Gaining weight... that's very scary for me!!! I'm more than 14 Kg from my "good weight" and I'm still making peace even with the fact that I let this happen - me, myself, alone & awake, me... and nobody else!... :) Counting in the fact that I still didn't even figured out everything I need to figure out about all that's related to this and that my weight still fluctuates... yes, steady... is pretty good! Thank you! Let's aim for a downwards steady line, right? ;) :)
