Thank you! I swam 8 laps ok the pool. It looks like I’d lose as over y Monday. I do yoga too. Life. I know when I sit or stand it gets worse so I think spinal or neuropathy. I’ll be asking at my next visit. Have a wonderful day!🌻🌞

Oceanlady my doc suggested i add yoga as an additional exercise to incorporate 20 min of sweat inducing exercise. Is this your experience with yoga? Ive never even tried

Ps. I walk 4 miles a day and my heart rate is up but I never break a sweat. Additionally i workout with a trainer a couple times a week and same thing .. heart rate up, once in a while a light sweat but not in the way my doc wants.
