Grief makes you want to eat. It's an attempt to fill a void which is unfillable with food. Eating to make yourself feel better eventually makes you fatter which is not healthy. I have to put myself first when it comes to my eating only I HAVE CONTROL WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH.
