Fully dressed for yoga weight. Yes taking a hot yoga class today. Yesterday I only had coffee in the morning and didn’t eat all day until afternoon, such a headache. Had spaghetti (had had in ages), 1 pice of garlic bread and green beans fresh from the farmers market with shallots. Half a dessert and strawberries. I don’t usually eat past 3 pm but yesterday I did because it was my only meal. Back to normal today. Have a good Easter no matter what you are doing. It will be a chill day for us with plenty of leftovers. I’m still going strong with crocheting scarves for Xmas this year. 2 bins almost full already. Love crocheting while watching TV, meditative.
