I had my son visit for three days. Every time we are together I eat too much. He is a big guy, about 400 lbs 6'4. He needs to lose about 150lbs. It makes me sad to see him like this.Nothing I can do. He has to want to lose weight. Today he has left and I am back to my routine. Smaller portions and working out. Next time I see him will be in June. by then I will have more Will power to sick with my program.👍🙂

PurpleDragonFly....our sons need to meet!! LoL My son, too, is overweight and he had a heart attack last year...so he KNOWS what he's suppose to be doing!! His wife makes him climb the stairs in their apartment building - 4 floors - every time they go out and I love her for her determination. It truly does make us moms so sick at heart to see our children in such terrible physical health...but they are adults, living their own lives. I guess all that we can do is 'lead by example'. Stay strong mom - you got this! ♡

grammahasachainsaw , he had a bad accident a few years ago and recovery took 10 months in hospital. He wants to lose the weight but his job has him in a truck all day. I do hope that he will work on it soon.
