Ok, there it is.....not discouraged though, already started cleansing today and over the weekend got my workout room all set up! I know what to do, it's just DOING it and I'm pumped to get my a** back in gear!!! I have a race at the end of the month so I need to get running again, have my new road bike, have my spin bike, have my yoga mats all set up, have my elastic bands/ball ready to go....this week is about getting into a routine! And having options for crappy rainy days as well! I am going to do two things every day, that's what has work best for me in the past! Usually run or spin in the morning, then elastics or yoga in the evening. That's the plan, yep yep!

Had a fun weekend, we went to see Brian Setzer and George Thorogood on Saturday with some friends. Setzer was AMAZING but then again, I LOVE me some rockabilly. Thorogood was ok, it's always fun to know songs and sing along but that guy is definitely past his prime voice-wise, puts on a good show still though! Yesterday just kinda laid around since the weather was super humid, hung up some pictures in the house, cleaned a little, nothing too crazy!

It's Monday, here's to a fast week for all my buddies!!!!
