I don't even know what happened this week. I stuck to plan 100% but my weight went up and down drastically (up to 2 kgs at one point!) overnight through the week. I am now back down to just over my weight last Sunday. I've tried to ignore it, as I do most gains (when I know I've stuck to plan). It just gets me down for no reason. I don't even log gains, just continue from my next loss. But I did log this week, just because it was so random. Who knows what went wrong. Maybe my body's just BORED. I eat the SAME boring food everyday. I can't really cook and have no time to try recipes during the week. Even when I make time over the weekend, I don't get most of the ingredients for the recipes I find online...I'm just stuck in this endless rut of the same food everyday. Ugh, if I can just manage to make ONE low carb bread substitute, or pizza crust, or any of these wonderful recipes I see everyone sharing, it would make it that much easier to continue this way of eating...but I don't have almond flour, etc, and my attempts at flax bread are always so bitter, so I'm just STUCK. Like my weight, lol. All right, that's enough whining for one day, just had to get it out. Hope everybody has a great day!
