Basically took the week off - stress, emotions and hubby's birthday week. But I did not gain any weight and I did not go crazy. I had small bites of the food (all home cooked so still not bad food, just food not on my meal plan) and tried to stay within my fasting times. I will say, the homemade peanut butter and jelly bars were almost too much, I thought one tiny bite - but I had two, which then turned into one small bar and then I stopped and it was super sweet. I am glad I was able to take a week off, not gain weight, and not go crazy. Now, time to pick it up - I am only 6lbs from a nice milestone - the 100s! Goal this week is to hit that mark!!
