Now i'm feeling fat! About 14 pounds heavier than i should be at this stage of my pregnancy, just found out my 'sore knee' is actually off track and i need to lay off the exercise for a while.
Need to get back onto phase 1 of south beach but i find it hard with my running around.
76.2 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 12.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

You know they have great pregnancy exercises out there lots ofmy friends have had kids anda few became to heavy to workout with knee and back pain but they found work outs for there arms and low pressur cardio, it may only be alittle but it could help

i don't know if you are into yoga, but they have some really cool ones for prego mommies :) help tone and keep you in 'shape' for when it comes time to move that little one on out ;)

Thanks ladies, My knees all strapped up and i'm ready to start walking without a limp again real soon. And yes, i really would love to get into some preggie yoga, so will look into it. cheers, mia
