Good morning everyone, I just joined the get my life in order health wise journey. More or less for health reasons but also because a month ago I realized I hit the most I’ve ever weighed and I felt tired with life’s stress so I needed to make a change. I started a natural detox I take every morning on an empty stomach. I did started an intermediate workout but I have lost 5.5 lbs since. I felt hit a plateau so needed to focus on my eating, my problem is not over eating but under eating which is why I don’t understand how I gained this weight. I look forward to continuing this journey with an open mind and an open mouth.. 😁 I see some of you posting foods and that’s great because it helps with ideas on healthy eating.
