68 Kg... with the cast! :D (under the knee, foot & leg cast, for spained ankle)

I may be in cast, but I still need to loose weight - one doesn't change another and today I finally figured out how I can weigh in, with the cast, since jumping on the scale sends it off! ;)
In case anyone needs to ever do this (I hope not! :) )... what seems to work best is: I hold on to a sturdy table and lift myself on it (supporting my weight on the hands that lay on the table) and I step onto the middle of the scale and, then, I try to balance steady on it, as much as I can, enough to be able to read the scale. :)
It may not be the most elegant (or, even, accurate) weigh in, but it's, still, better than nothing, since I still try to loose weight! :)

So... the recorded tip, for this weigh in, goes like this:
"Figure out how you can weigh in with the cast (if you're wearing one - hopefully not!) and continue to weigh in, because wearing one does not mean, in any way, you don't need to loose weight anymore or that's ok to stop from doing this (even if it's going to be less weight loss and harder!). Good luck! :)"
