Slept poorly, painful in so many areas, woke up with hands numb and swollen. Not surprised weight went up...edema. Weather-related or new med? Grrr. I'm not changing anything in my eating plan and will continue to trust the process for gradual though slow weight loss. Got to keep a good protein intake, be in the best pre-op condition as possible after seeing the MRI photos.

This evening about 2 hours PP, blood glucose is 345!!! I NEVER run that high. Will be talking to NP tomorrow for sure. New med or reaction to the acute physical stress from the procedure yesterday that made me feel so awful? Not a happy camper.

Random BG later was 112. Whew!
