15 st is tantalisingly close! I'm aiming to keep doing what I'm doing because it seems to be working for me at the moment. Sixteen hour fast, water/tea/ coffee allowed when wanted. Two to three hundred calories for breakfast/ lunch and half hour walkin/running three or four times a week. It's a real boost to be able to put on clothes that were a distant memory! Good luck to everyone on their personal journey and thanks to all for their support.... it really helps.
